What exactly is HybridTone?
HybridTone is not a conventional text-to-speech system that sends a script directly to AI. A real voice artist first performs your script with the intended emotion, emphasis, pace and purpose. The performance is then converted into your chosen AI voice color.
How is HybridTone different from classic TTS?
Classic TTS systems send the script directly to a voice engine. HybridTone is built around a real artist's performance. AI is used to transfer that interpretation into the selected voice color, not to replace the performance.
How does the order process work?
Choose an AI voice color and submit the project name, full script and performance notes. An admin reviews the order and assigns it to a suitable voice artist. The artist's recording is checked and converted into the selected AI voice color. After a watermarked demo is prepared, you receive a project-specific payment link. Once payment is verified, the unwatermarked final audio becomes available.
Can I choose the AI voice color?
Yes. You can listen to male and female AI voice colors, filter them by category and choose the best fit for your project. Creating a free account allows selected and favorite voices to be saved.
Are the AI voice color and voice artist the same thing?
No. The AI voice color determines the voice character heard in the final recording. The artist creates the emotion, emphasis, pace and delivery through a real performance.
Can I choose the voice artist?
You choose the AI voice color for the final recording. After reviewing the script, audience and performance notes, the admin assigns the project to the most suitable real voice artist.
Can I submit the complete script?
Yes. Submit the complete script so the project can be evaluated and assigned correctly. The free demo may use up to 50 words, while the admin can review the full script.
What is the free demo?
For each new project, a free watermarked demo can be prepared from up to 50 words of your script. No advance payment or card details are required.
Can I request free demos for multiple projects?
Yes. You can request another free demo when submitting a new project and script. This is not a one-time account-wide word credit; each project is evaluated separately.
Can I download the free demo?
Yes. You can listen to and download the watermarked demo without payment. Free watermarked demos cannot be used commercially.
Can the watermarked demo be used commercially?
No. Free watermarked demos cannot be used in advertising, social media, promotions, training, corporate videos, client work or similar commercial projects. Commercial use requires the paid, unwatermarked final recording.
How do I receive the unwatermarked final audio?
The admin prepares the watermarked demo and unwatermarked final recording, then creates a project-specific payment link. Download access to the final recording opens after successful payment verification.
Can the final audio be downloaded before payment?
No. Access to the unwatermarked final audio requires verified payment. Before payment, only the watermarked demo can be played and downloaded. Knowing the file address alone does not grant access.
How is the price determined?
The price is determined by the script length, usage, project scope, delivery requirements and production needs. The total amount is displayed on your project-specific payment page after the demo is prepared.
Is the payment link project-specific?
Yes. Each payment link is uniquely created for the relevant customer and project. It may be shared by email or WhatsApp, and payment unlocks only the final file attached to that project.
How are payments made?
Payments are processed through a secure payment infrastructure. The project, total amount and required agreements are displayed before payment. Final audio download access opens after successful payment.
Can I specify the performance style?
Yes. Add requests such as friendly, corporate, energetic, emotional, calm, natural, documentary or commercial delivery in the performance notes. Pronunciation guidance is recommended for brand names and foreign words.
What happens after the artist uploads the recording?
The admin reviews the raw performance. A correction may be requested or the recording may be technically cleaned when necessary. The approved performance is converted into the selected AI voice color and undergoes final quality control.
Can I request a revision?
Revision requests are evaluated against the submitted script and performance notes. Production issues such as mispronunciation, missing words or failure to follow the instructions can be reviewed. A changed script or substantially different performance request may be treated as a new production.
How long does production take?
Delivery time varies according to script length, artist availability, requested performance, technical processing and current production volume. Your customer dashboard is updated when the order is ready.
Where can I track my order?
You can track orders in your customer dashboard, including admin review, artist assignment, production, demo ready and delivered stages.
Which format is used for delivery?
The format depends on the project requirements. Final audio is generally prepared as a high-quality WAV file. Other formats may be considered when required.
Is production fully automated?
No. HybridTone includes a real voice artist and admin review. Orders are not automatically produced and delivered. Artist performance, technical processing, AI voice conversion and final quality control must be completed first.
Are my scripts and recordings protected?
Customer scripts, raw artist recordings and unwatermarked final files are managed with authorized access. See the Privacy Policy and KVKK disclosure for detailed processing and retention terms.
Can I cancel or request a refund after production starts?
HybridTone productions are custom digital services prepared for the customer's script, chosen voice and performance instructions. Requests are evaluated according to the production stage and the Distance Sales Agreement and withdrawal/refund terms accepted before payment.
Can I use the final audio commercially?
Paid unwatermarked final recordings may be used within the usage scope specified for the order. Commercial use of free watermarked demos is prohibited.
Are custom solutions available for high-volume projects?
Yes. Custom production planning and pricing may be prepared for agencies, brands, regular content producers and high-volume projects. Contact HybridTone through WhatsApp or support with your project details.
